This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the rules and standards governing your use of the services, platform, APIs, automations, and related offerings provided by BusinessAIOS LLC ("BusinessAIOS," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the BusinessAIOS Terms of Service and applies to all clients, Authorized Users, and any other individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services in any capacity.
The purpose of this AUP is to: (a) protect the integrity, security, and performance of the Services and the underlying infrastructure; (b) protect other users of the platform; (c) protect third parties and the general public from harm caused by misuse of AI-powered automation; and (d) ensure that BusinessAIOS and its clients operate in compliance with applicable law.
Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings assigned to them in the BusinessAIOS Terms of Service. This AUP may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
You may not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following:
You may not use the Services to create, store, process, transmit, or distribute any content that:
The following security-related activities are strictly prohibited on the Services:
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Services, you must report it to security@businessaios.com promptly and refrain from exploiting or disclosing it until BusinessAIOS has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
BusinessAIOS is an automation platform. The following restrictions apply to all automated workflows, agents, sequences, and processes you configure or execute through the Services:
You must configure automated workflows to operate within the rate limits, sending volumes, and usage quotas specified in your Subscription tier and any applicable Order Form. BusinessAIOS may enforce technical limits and may throttle or suspend automations that exceed permitted volumes without prior notice in order to protect platform integrity.
All automated outbound communications — including email, SMS, voice calls, and direct messages — must comply with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, and equivalent regulations. You are solely responsible for: (a) obtaining all required consents from recipients before initiating automated communications; (b) honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly (within any legally required timeframe and in no event more than 10 business days); and (c) maintaining accurate suppression lists.
Automated workflows that involve outreach to real individuals, execution of financial transactions, or modification of live customer records must be configured with appropriate human review checkpoints. You must not configure automations to operate in a fully autonomous, unmonitored loop for extended periods without a mechanism for human review and intervention.
You may not intentionally configure workflows that create infinite execution loops, runaway recursion, or any other pattern that consumes excessive computational resources, generates excessive API calls to third-party services, or degrades the performance of the Services for other users.
When deploying AI agents that operate with meaningful autonomy — including agents that browse the web, execute code, send communications, or interact with external APIs — you are responsible for defining clear scope boundaries, monitoring agent behavior, and maintaining the ability to suspend agent operations immediately. Agents must not be configured to take irreversible real-world actions (such as financial transactions or permanent data deletion) without explicit human authorization for each such action.
The AI capabilities of the Services carry unique responsibilities. The following restrictions apply to all AI-powered features, including AI agents, language model integrations, voice agents, and automated decision systems:
You may not use the Services as the sole or determinative factor in automated decisions that have significant legal or similarly significant effects on individuals in the following domains without appropriate human oversight, legal review, and compliance with applicable regulations:
You may not use the Services to:
Where required by applicable law — including FTC regulations on endorsements and AI-generated content, state-level AI disclosure laws, and TCPA requirements for artificial or prerecorded voice calls — you must disclose the AI-generated or AI-assisted nature of communications and content. BusinessAIOS's AI voice agents are configured to identify themselves as AI upon sincere inquiry by a recipient; you must not reconfigure agents to suppress this disclosure.
You are responsible for monitoring AI-generated outputs for bias, inaccuracy, or discriminatory patterns, particularly when those outputs are used in any of the high-stakes contexts described in Section 6.1. BusinessAIOS provides the platform; you retain responsibility for the deployment decisions and outcomes associated with your use of AI-powered features.
BusinessAIOS integrates with a range of third-party platforms, APIs, and services. The following obligations apply when you use such integrations:
When you connect a third-party platform to the Services, you remain solely responsible for complying with that platform's terms of service, API use policies, data handling requirements, and any other applicable restrictions. BusinessAIOS does not grant you any rights under third-party terms and is not responsible for your compliance with them. Violations of third-party platform terms that result in suspension, termination, or claims against BusinessAIOS may result in immediate suspension of your account.
You may only connect third-party accounts and data sources for which you have legitimate authorization. You must not use the Services to access, aggregate, or process third-party data in ways that exceed the scope of the authorization granted by the data owner or the applicable platform's API terms.
When using the Services in connection with CRM platforms, including GoHighLevel and similar tools, you must ensure that all contact data processed through automated workflows has been lawfully obtained and that all outbound communications comply with applicable consent requirements. Mass import of contacts without verified consent history is prohibited.
Use of BusinessAIOS APIs is subject to the rate limits and technical constraints specified in your Subscription and the associated API documentation. You may not share, resell, or sublicense access to BusinessAIOS APIs to third parties without prior written authorization. Any application built on top of BusinessAIOS APIs must itself comply with this AUP and may not be used to circumvent these restrictions.
BusinessAIOS is committed to maintaining a safe and lawful platform. We rely on our clients and the broader community to help identify misuse.
If you become aware of any use of the Services that violates this AUP, including spam originating from our platform, phishing attempts, CSAM, or other harmful conduct, please report it to:
Email: abuse@businessaios.com
Please include as much detail as possible: the nature of the violation, relevant timestamps, originating account information if known, and any supporting evidence. Reports are handled confidentially to the extent practicable.
Security vulnerabilities in the Services should be reported separately to security@businessaios.com. Please do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly before BusinessAIOS has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with reporters in good faith.
BusinessAIOS cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies. Legal process (including subpoenas, court orders, and warrants) should be directed to legal@businessaios.com. BusinessAIOS will notify affected clients of law enforcement requests to the extent permitted by law.
BusinessAIOS reserves the right — but does not assume the obligation — to monitor, review, and investigate use of the Services for compliance with this AUP. We may use automated systems and human review to detect potential violations. You consent to such monitoring as a condition of using the Services.
Upon discovering or receiving a credible report of a potential AUP violation, BusinessAIOS may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice where the circumstances warrant immediate action, take any or all of the following steps:
If a violation of this AUP results in chargebacks, fines, penalties, third-party claims, or other direct costs to BusinessAIOS, you agree to reimburse BusinessAIOS for all such costs within 30 days of written demand. BusinessAIOS may set off amounts owed against any credits or prepaid fees in your account.
BusinessAIOS's right to monitor and enforce this AUP does not create an obligation to do so. BusinessAIOS is not liable for any harm arising from a failure to detect or act upon a violation. You remain solely responsible for your own compliance with this AUP and applicable law.
If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal to support@businessaios.com within 14 days of receiving notice of the action. Include a clear explanation of why you believe the action was taken in error and any supporting documentation. BusinessAIOS will review appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe, though we are not obligated to reinstate accounts found to have committed material violations of this AUP.
