This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Services provided by BusinessAIOS LLC. It is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. The AUP is designed to keep our platform safe, lawful, and reliable for every customer.
You may not use the Services to:
You may not upload, generate, store, or transmit through the Services any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, malicious, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate as described herein.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network; introduce malware; bypass authentication; or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Services or related infrastructure.
The Services are designed for legitimate business automation. You may not use the Services to spam, send unsolicited commercial communications, scrape third-party services without permission, or otherwise place undue load on shared infrastructure or third-party endpoints.
You may not use AI capabilities of the Services to generate or distribute disinformation, impersonate real persons, produce content that endangers safety, evade human oversight of consequential decisions, or otherwise undermine the governance controls built into the platform.
When you connect the Services to third-party systems, you are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms, granting only the access necessary, and revoking access when no longer needed.
If you believe the Services are being used in violation of this AUP, report it to abuse@businessaios.com. We investigate credible reports promptly.
Violations of this AUP may result in warnings, suspension, throttling, or termination of access, in our sole discretion. We may also report violations to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations as required.
