This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work across the different services offered by BusinessAIOS LLC. The terms below apply unless your written agreement with us states otherwise.
New annual platform subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within thirty (30) days of the initial subscription start date, we will refund the subscription fee paid, less any usage-based or third-party pass-through fees.
You may cancel a Subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions are eligible only for the money-back guarantee described in Section 2.
Consulting engagements, retainers, and advisory work are billed according to the applicable Statement of Work. Unused, prepaid hours may be eligible for refund upon written request, subject to the terms of the SOW.
Fixed-fee implementation projects are governed by the applicable Statement of Work, which sets out milestones, deliverables, and refund eligibility. Work completed prior to cancellation is generally non-refundable.
On-demand courses are non-refundable once accessed. Workshops cancelled at least seven (7) days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Workshops cancelled within seven (7) days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
Monthly managed services retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current month. You may cancel managed services with thirty (30) days written notice.
Custom development engagements are governed by the applicable Statement of Work. Deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, subject to the cancellation terms in the SOW.
Downloadable templates, playbooks, and resources are eligible for refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase provided you have not made substantive use of the materials. Refunds are at our reasonable discretion.
To request a refund or initiate a cancellation, email billing@businessaios.com with your account email, order or invoice number, and the reason for the request. We will respond within three (3) business days.
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we can resolve the issue directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection of any fees owed.
